1. Service Overview

Undead Cinematic provides expert poster restoration and linen-backing services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Submission of Posters

Clients are responsible for securely packaging and shipping their posters to Undead Cinematic. We recommend using reliable shipping methods to ensure the safe transit of your valuable items, as well as obtaining tracking information from the carrier.

3. Service Timeline

The restoration process duration will be communicated upon assessment of the poster. While we strive to meet estimated timelines, unforeseen circumstances may impact completion dates.

4. Payment & Deposits

Clients agree to the specified pricing for restoration and linen-backing services. A 50% deposit is required upon agreement to begin work. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion and before the return shipment of the restored poster. We accept secure online payments through our designated platform.

5. Refunds &Cancellations

Refunds are not applicable once the restoration process has commenced. Clients may cancel their order before work begins, but the deposit will serve as the cancellation fee to cover administrative and preparatory costs.

6. Quality Assurance

Undead Cinematic guarantees the highest standard of craftsmanship in poster restoration. However, due to the nature of restoration, results may vary based on the original condition of the poster. Clients will be notified of any unexpected changes during the restoration process.

7. Liability & Damage

Undead Cinematic takes all reasonable precautions to protect clients’ posters during the restoration and shipping process. However, by engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Undead Cinematic is not liable for any pre-existing damage to a poster that may affect the restoration outcome.
  • Clients assume responsibility for securely packaging and shipping their posters to our facility. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during inbound transit.
  • While we take every precaution to ensure the safe return of restored posters, Undead Cinematic is not liable for damages occurring during return transit if clients opt for their own shipping provider.
  • If Undead Cinematic arranges the return shipping, we will take reasonable measures to ensure safe packaging; however, we are not liable for loss or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers.
  • Clients are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance for high-value posters.
  • Any claims regarding damage upon receipt of the restored poster must be made within seven (7) days of delivery. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void any claims for compensation or remediation.

8. Intellectual Property

Clients confirm they have the legal right to request restoration services for the submitted posters. Undead Cinematic is not responsible for any copyright infringement issues associated with the client’s content.

9. Communication

Clients consent to receive communication from Undead Cinematic related to their restoration project, promotions, and other relevant information. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Washington State. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
